It's pretty silly to say Harris would be a head case if he lost the game for us last night, considering that he was clearly still viable last night after being a significant part of LSU getting blown out at Auburn last year.

And the reason no one complained in 2011 is that even though we still had the same needlessly inefficient offensive style, we crushed absolutely everyone except Alabama. It turns out that you can get away with being needlessly inefficient on offense when your defense has about eight or so NFL-caliber starters and several future All-Conference-caliber players as the backups, who knew.

The 2011 game at State was nothing like this one. LSU never pulled away in both games, but in 2011, LSU kept State from catching up and made sure they were never in a position to win. In 2015 State had a real shot at driving down the field and hitting a game-winning FG. Completely different.

yea I miss that season. don't get me wrong, I love every second when I see the tigers on the field, but that season was so magical up until the end. I remember popping open champagne after we beat bama and I called my brother to celebrate. it was just something else.

so OP go choke on a bag of dicks.

You're assuming Harris is a wimp with no mental toughness. I agree with running the ball most of the time last night, but you have to have confidence that your QB can make mistakes and move on to the next play and not treat him like a fragile piece of glass that will break with the first bump in the road.

we were playing the same game as them. Our fate was in our hands.

Defense did what they had to do. it worked out.

I was at the Arkansas game and it was magical. Arkansas made the crowd quiet early and then Tyrann just lit the fuse and Arkansas' anus hasn't been the same since.

Ending the season with a perfect record and Petrino flipped off our coach. The day was magical.

The last 5 minutes of the 2nd quarter and the first 5 minutes or so of the 3rd quarter through the Brooks pick 6 against Auburn is the best stretch of football I've ever seen LSU play.

I jacked off to that game. I'm pretty sure we killed 2 or 3 of their players.
