You don't understand the situation. The buy out for Saban is in the multimillions. LSU isn't paying it. You're stuck with Saban until you fire him

There is no buyout, what are you talking about. Don't you remember how long it took for him to sign his contract? He didn't sign until many months after being on the job and it was over the buyout issue. He would not allow BAMA to put a buyout in his contract.

I coudn't at first, but my pop-up blocker was on. If you're using IE7, right click on the icon at the bottom of the browser that has a crossed out circle and allow popups.

so you are now a predictor of the future calling other people stupid and not able to make any conclusions. Everything on this board is hearsay and most of the time fabricated. No one can say what will happen no one. And for people to say the buyout is huge and then others say there is no buyout just proves it is all fabricated bs.

Watching the whole post game brought back memories, but he is our competitor and will have no lsu recuits playing next year. Good point that recruiting LA will also resurrect our dislike.

I got caught up in the after game show with 4 newscasters on the same link which was very entertaining.

Fear the mad hatter!!!

Here is Nick Saban's contract. Read it and find the buyout.

It's not all fabricated BS to me, I have read the newspaper in B'ham for the last 10 months and his contract, there is no buyout clause, period.

He looked like he had been crying. I would too if it was just validated to me that I made the biggest mistake in my life.

Unlike a lot of people I guess, before the press conference, after it, whatever I still have no love loss for the man. I believe in Les Miles. Saban said it best, your either a Tiger or your Tiger Bait, point blank, and he is Bait. No matter what county he lives in

a few fans (3 out of 10) put voodoo on him for leaving. Then when he took the Bama job a few more did the same thing. It wasn't going to the NFL or Bama that did it it was the way he did it. He left LSU for $ and challenge and then he left Miami for more $ and to return to a game that he liked coaching. He is at Bama which is a RIVAL what do you expect it's the SEC not flag football. EVERYONE respects what he did at LSU and now everyone wants to beat him because WE feel bitch slapped! He left US we did not LEAVE HIM. Having said that when I win the Lotto I will arrange to have him returned to his rightful place in college.

Why does everyone always say that he left Miami for more money?? He took a pay CUT to go to Alabama.

I am not fooled by a person's words very often. That said, I have watched the interview three times and have concluded that he was momentarily vulnerable and not just being politically correct. I have wanted so bad to hate the guy, but maybe it's time to forgiving an old friend who made a mistake.

I have said all along that if Miles goes to Michigan, Saban will be the next coach at LSU. And, even the haters on here would love to hae him back I think.

I wish you were right but Saban ain't coming back to LSU... not after 1 year at Bama. I would kiss a pig on main street if it did.
