Next year's leaders

Who assumes the leadership role on offense and defense next year?
I'm assuming Mett on offense next year. I have no clue on defense. Montgomery, Logan and Reid will certainly be missed in that aspect.
Hairston will continue to be the baddest MF'ing kickoff specialist ever.

Mettenberger has to be one.
With the RB by committee approach I don't know if Hill or Hillard can grow into a leader roll.
Defense is a tough one.
Returning starters are Loston and Mills. Mills is young.
This above is really why losing Reid and Minter to the draft hurt the most.

I really hope Mett develops into the leader. Not since Flynn have we had a true leader under center.

Mett has to be the main leader on Offense along with him I'd like to see La'El and Landry be leaders on their units and I would like to see Odell step up big time next season.
On Defense it has to be Barrow and Loston! They are the older guys who are returning starters. You can tell Mills has a swagger about him so I'd like to see him getting people jacked up during games and not be the flat team we saw for most of the season. (I also expect some of the Soph. linebackers to step in a do big things next season to help put Barrow) and hopefully Tahj Jones can be a solid player as well
