. I like your formula, but this truly would favor Hickey considering the weight of the steals. I'd argue you can be an amazing point guard and not necessarily be great at getting steals. I therefore think that they are counted for too much if you are going to assist actual Point Guard play. My suggestion would be Assist + Steals x 0.5 divided by turn over. Although Hiceky's numbers might not look as great, I think it would be a truer assessment of PG play.
