The man pulled his sex organs
out in public - and rubbed them on another man (while his friends laughed); that pretty much was sexually suggestive at LEAST. Had he left a trace of ejaculate behind, that would've been evidence of sexual battery. He was not convicted of sexual battery, but only 2 counts of obscenity.
2 years? He'll only serve 9 months. All he needs is one night in general population at OPP and he'll be a new man.
