I love this logo but I strongly disagree with putting it on the helmets. Why can't we just keep it old school?

I think it's an appropriate update to the old logo. Looks great on the helmet. You should tell those kids to get off your lawn.

It's a good update. This is the logo they should have went to instead of Toonces all along.

I love the logo, I'm just saying that for football it was a cool part of our tradition to have that old, tough looking tiger head on the helmets and the helmets only.
I will be buying tons of new gear once that logo hits retail though, which I guess is what LSU cares about most.

because LSU knows old men will bitch about the most minuscule of changes and it had been a while since they heard a good and pointless football related bitch.

All of these people complaining about new vs. old logos and lettering... I never even notice the difference.
