The packers believe Tolzien is a better QB than Matt Flynn. So no way he makes the packers roster. A team with Rodgers is not going to carry 4 Qbs

it was cause he got injured and they needed room for other players at camp, more than likely they let him keep his play book and will resign him when he's healthy

According to espn, they didn't want to go into Thursday game w/o a back up QB. Flynn has a tender hamstring.
