Need help w/ the tiebreaker scenarios

Just asking a question here so keep your shirts on.
If LSU loses to Arky and Bama beats Auburn, then Bama, Arky, and LSU will all have 10-2 records. What is the order of finish in the West in that scenario? Is there a 1st,2nd,3rd, and 4th place or is it just 3 teams tied for 2nd?
Please tell me we can't still finish 4th in the West as was predicted at the beginning of the season.
