ND went with the young hot shot inexperienced QB over a guy that took them to a title two seasons ago because they knew he was more talented and boy did they get rewarded for it.... We on the other hand started the guy that makes the 10 players around him better and our WRs had 2 catches

They did it because he wasn't as careless with the ball and they wanted a running threat for their game plan. Folsom completed the biggest passes on the game winning drive.
