NCAA Clarifies rules on chop blocks

Speaking of chop blocks, has the NCAA every punished the referee that failed to call the chop block on Dorsey by Auburn players?

I watched a replay of the LSU/Auburn game last night and you retards should look at the "chop block" in real time. What a joke that such a big deal has been made about this
Bunch of sheep just following the ESPN slam Ramsey nose up Dorsey's arse comments.
Chaz owned both linemen with the exception of the Dorsey "chunk him" play which, by the way, occured in the 1st quarter and the VICIOUS chop was late in the 3rd quarter. I guess the retribution argument goes down the tubes on that one
