Every article or TV segment I see outside of Louisiana is that we are spoiled babies and our Booster are doing all the wrong things. Everyone biggest take is Les is gone b/c we can't beat Bama, and sure that's one reason. You don't beam them you lose control in the West, so yeah we need to beat them.

Biggest thing they are missing is, it appears he's lost this team and to me that's the nail in the coffin for a coach. These guys knew Mile's future was on the line and laid an egg for him. they're saying all the right things in interviews, but the effort they gave Saturday said a lot to me. But all ESPN and other media outlets want to talk about is Bama.

The AD is looking pretty stupid as well.

Again, I don't know the latest talk, but we all better pray the Jimbo rumor is true or it going to get ugly!!

So was I.

The effort excuse is bullshite. The team is playing, we have just lost a lot of confidence. Guys are wondering if we are any good. We are getting beaten by better teams right now. Period. Our defense is awful.

Again, not making excuses for Miles. If we are not as good as we thought we were at the beginning of the season, then that's Les' problem.

The national media worships at the altar of Bama and Saban. You think they want the guy who can't beat Bama to leave?

That what this is all about. More bashing of LSU, after they bashed us for how we've been playing with the same guy at the helm.

I don't see a lack of effort from the players.

I see a defense playing poorly as well as injuries to key players on offense and, most of all, poor coaching causing dumb penalties, dumb timeouts, and predictable playcalling.

Problem with anyone in national media is that they haven't (or most haven't) sat and watched this shite show from down one game one until now, every snap, to see how pathetic it has been and continues to get

I remember the media bashing Nick Saban for quite some time for taking the job at Alabama. He was held up as the dark contrast to the white knight what was Don Shula (this was repeatedly used as a reference due to Saban replacing the fired son of Don Shula at Alabama).

If you make the right hire, nothing else matters. Nothing the media says matters, nothing the players say matters, nothing high school recruits say matters.

If you make the right hire.

We made a game of it? For what, 3 minutes and then proceeded to get steam rolled.

Why can our current head coach leverage the Arkansas job into a pay raise and extension, yet the fans are cry babies for demanding he live up to being a top 10 paid coach?

The CEO of the football team is no way responsible for what has happened on the field over the last 3 years?

I appreciate what Miles has done since being at LSU....he didn't elevate the program but maintained the success for many years. His inability to recruit and develop a qb and the lack of offensive imagination can be overlooked by winning, even if ugly.

But when that same trend leads to losing it has to be addressed. Many of us on the board have been concerned about the offense for a long time, even when the defense was winning games for us.

Now the defense cannot do it by themselves and the offense is not capable of putting a bunch of points against talented defenses.

Now it's the fans problem for creating a situation that embarrasses the school........give me a break. It's the coaching staff that put's a bad product on the field.
