Wes Long is on VCU's staff, ties to the Carolinas, was a head coach at Queens U in Charlotte
Schroyer has been a head coach as well at UT Martin, and Asst Head Coach at NC State

He will need to name a director of ops if he hasn't already...and a new film guy too. I heard that Zach Kendrick likely wasn't going to be retained...hate to see that. Zach is good people and a true Tiger.

On the drive from BR to Houston, Tack Minor would drive 110 mph to Beaumont then get lost in traffic and forget what he was originally trying to do.

In this morning's Advocate Wade said he had like a dozen names he was vetting for the two spots.

Schroyer is very experienced but no La or real local ties. Benford is good for Texas. He said he wanted Louisiana flavor so maybe there's another shoe to drop as far as the third position assuming it isn't Long. Both Long and Schoyer seem to be east coast guys.
