I think he has done well at Bama mainly because of Saban's discipline. Very much like the honey badger and Patrick Peterson relationship. If Kiffin or TM were left to their own devices it's likely they would eventually frick up somehow. With Saban being the obsessed control freak that he is, Kiffin probably doesn't have too much idle time to get himself in trouble. If Kiffin comes to LSU and O doesn't keep him "busy" this may not bode well for LSU or Kiffin. Can he be successful without the little dictator breathing down his neck?

I really despise Kiffin. I think he's a complete immature douchebag. I'd almost rather Briles

To answer your question it wouldn't shock me to see him fail! He's done it several times in the past.

I would rather see Sarkisian be named new offensive coordinator.

If he comes I suspect our female recruiting escorts will become much busier next year.

Isn't Kiffin divorced and single now?

People that think that Kiffin is the answer are wrong. The recent article showing the top eight candidates has some very good selections in it and we need to look elsewhere. This is not about hurting Alabama but getting the Best for LSU.

Sarkisian couldnt handle BR......My gosh the dude was canned for having a drinking problem. This place would eat him alive like an 18 yr old freshman during his first semester at LSU.

Kiffen is just wrong for LSU, absolute trash, but no one cares, this is O's show now.

This point has been made repeatedly on the board but it's somewhat baseless when you think about it.

Someone who has a drinking problem can find a bar to get hammered in or a party to get wasted at on any night in any college town in America if they want to do that.

Sark seems to have settled down.

Bring him to BR. Let's do this!

I would rather Briles for play calling alone.
Bama could have beat us by 21 running up the middle and it was obvious but Kiffin couldn't see it on the field and kept calling plays to our strength. He's calling plays for a disciplined and talented team in all fazes

I think Kiffin is the next steve spurrier and I have said that since September. His resume is off the charts and his performance at Bama is nothing short of genius. Sorry. Saban is not doing what he has done the last three years with Mcilwain or Nussmeir.

I don't know whether he has the discipline everyone wants. But we are not hiring a principal we are hiring an OC.

Also the man is older. How many on this site presented with the money, success and stature at the age of 31 would not have had some fun or been cocky. Why be so critical of that and look at how he has acted the last few years since what had to be quite a humbling experience in Los Angeles .

I have difficulty with the Bama bloodline there. That repulses me, but hey?

Thank you. Now we know your opinion. Maybe you should share it with Coach Orgeron. You better hurry because he may hire an OC soon.
