LSU and its fans need to stand up for tradition. But it's going to take some sacrifices. If I was the LSU AD, this is what I'd say:

We are going to play Auburn at 7:00 PM on October 22. You can bring cameras, or you can just not cover it. We will broadcast it via radio and pay per view TigerVision.

In this scenario, LSU can proves that it isn't interested in $$$, but rather tradition. I would not mind only being able to listen to the game via radio if it came to that. But I don't see why they don't increase the price of TigerVision to $100... Just imagine how much that would bring in for an SEC game.

To hell with the contract! CBS doesn't want a highly-publicizes lawsuit with LSU.

This is exactly why they are doing this to us... because we are letting them. Trust me, CBS does not want to take on a University who also has the #1 football team. If they drop us, ESPN/ABC/etc. will be salivating to pick us up ON OUR TERMS

several years back, they asked miles about day games - he said that the team liked them - gave the team a chance to visit with family after the games
