coaches are super nice. The kids are always out there doing the work and the shuttle brings you almost to the Pmac. Best part is when you leave you get straight up onto the interstate with no traffic. Pretty good deal, just posting because of all the contraflow complaints.

You can also leave in the 3rd Quarter to beat the traffic.

No you can't. That's when everybody else is leaving.

But will my car still be there when the game is over?

As long as you don't keep anything of value in the car or leave your keys in the car, then you should be fine.

Also getting back to your car may be an adventure as well.

Seems like a genuinely good option if hart lot was filled up, and for a good cause (high school athletics) I would think most fans can appreciate.

It's a shame this thread is about to be bombarded with underlying racism.

Well it's damn near a mile to walk from the levee lots to the stadium anyway. And you have to deal with the shite traffic

I have fond memories of being mugged of my candy as a kid while fishing near McKinley.

I always park just off campus to the north. Pay $20 and park in a yard. Easy in and out to NEZ where I sit. In 30+ years, I have never had anything happen to my car in that neighborhood. Of course I don't park in the street over there. I leave out along Nicholson toward downtown and then back to the east along Fla Blvd. Never once have I been in an extensive traffic tieup after a game.

The old parking conundrum, park close and sit in traffic. Park further away and avoid heavy traffic but have to walk.

I'd rather park further away than sit in traffic.
In regards to the parking at mckinley. If there was a shuttle after the game from highland/e roosevelt corner to mckinley high then it wouldn't be so bad, but walking 4 blocks off highland is pretty sketchy.
