Its Nikki Caldwell and it isn't close.

At least Johnny had some pre-season hype and the #1 draft pick to put some asses in the seats and generate revenue for the school.

Nikki is getting paid to play terribly in an empty arena.

It's Nikki for sure. She has killed a program that at one time was 2nd or 3rd best in the nation.

And costs more than pokey

Doesn't she make more than mainieri? Who has an NC and is consistently top 5, in a sport people actually watch

UConn, Tennessee, Stanford, at that time >>>> LSU.

Miles, easy. They could pay numerous people half his salary a get the same amount of wins.

At LSU, the school that is paying them

We are paying more for a sport 99% of people can't name a single player for than we are a sport that's led the NCAA in attendance for 18 years straight

I don't necessarily care, bc I'm sure some people still enjoy WBB. But if you are asking who the most overpaid coach is it seems pretty simple to me

You want a new coach every single year?

Any coach making half miles' salary that gets 9 wins in an 11 game regular season (essentially 10w season) is gone to the highest bidder within weeks of the bowl game.
And if you pay to keep him after equalling miles W/L then you pretty much have miles anyway...

Btw Derek mason is the only coach in the SEC that makes half of miles salary. Missouri coach is close

How about top 4 then? Seeing as we were coming off of 5 straight final 4s thats about as glass half empty as you can get

No you can't, there might not be one coach in the sec that is oonly at half his salary. The new Mizzou coach is close. But OK, so let's fire him and make the new guy the lowest paid coach in the sec.

Forgot about vandy because they suck. So half of Miles' salary will get you Derek Mason. Yeap, he will average more than 10 wins a season.
