Last time the roof was open for 1 of our games. I know for astros games the roof is only open if its between 65 and 85 degrees and a certain rain percentage chance. I'd imagine it's the same stipulations for the classic.

when the astros were in the world series, selig forced them to open it for the two games and it turned out to be unusually cold. a number of people reportedly got sick and a local law firm put together a suit against selig.
