Couple of things I took away from the interview.

1.)Miles said he never made excuses for playing freshman. He said he played 19 one year and 15 another.

2.)He never went into a game thing he would lose. T bob reaffirmed that said they always thought they were going to kick some arse.

3.) O is paying to much attention to the outside noise. Miles said you can't run a program and let the stuff being said outside the program get to you.

Did he ever address Jordy? Or did he continue to call Jordy T-Bob the whole time?

At first I thought it was an accident. Then he continued. It was obvious it was intentional.

Starting to think there really is some credence to something said recently that he is hanging around because he wants to replace Joe as AD.

Yeah, that sounds like the way a head coach should be.

Ed O doesn't have it. This WIL NOT work out. Only reason he has this job is because the people making the decision were of less mental capacity.

Kathy said on his podcast that they love LSU and Baton Rouge and decided to stay. She said Les still gets autograph request etc when out in public. Miles was asked this morning if he would be at the Auburn game for the 2007 reunion and he said absolutely.

Well, he got the job by paying attention to outside noise. All he did was identify the gripes about Miles and promised to do the opposite.

It will be surreal if he's on field at any point.

At the very end he said it’s great to be on the Jordy and TBob Show. He was trolling Jordy the whole time

pipe dream incoming

After Alleva is inevitably booted, we hire Les.
Les let's O say a couple more dumb things on the radio, feels vindicated in his situation and kicks Ed to the curb after a second season more disappointing than the first.
Then, tasked with putting out the dumpster fire, he goes out and entices his good friend Mike Gundy to take the job.

Tell me you're not intrigued.

The counter coupe begins!!

No inside info! Would be poetic justice

Miles deserved better than what they did to him. He needed to go but not like that.

It's going to turn into aTm circa 2015.

I'm either going to puke from that or from the fact that Auburn whips us by 30....one way or the other puking will happen.

Alleva's worst nightmare. Crowd cheers\standing ovation for the coach he shite canned a year ago. Meanwhile Farmer Fran in the locker room down probably 3 scores to Auburn.

I'm sure he was aware of jordy's position on his employment last year. No doubt les deserved to be fired but this O disaster will actually help his legacy imo.

At this point, Miles has to be one of the most popular recently fired coaches of all time. The fact that this could all take place roughly a year later is just crazy.

The problem here is we don't have an AD that can let someone go gracefully....about the best he could do (which is still shite) went down in 2015...then the fans did what they did at the aTm game and Joe decided he wanted to be a puddin pop and not do the job.

Then he took a stand in 2016 because he absolutely was basically given no choice when Miles was clearly insubordinate in stating that he would change the offense and yet he didn't even try....he basically laughed at Alleva while on the sidelines in those 2016 games. So Alleva had no choice but to do what he did because either way he was going to look like an idiot....because guess what...HE IS AN IDIOT. The fact that the offense performed significantly better after Miles left seemed to vindicate Alleva....but the hiring of O permanently basically killed all that and then some.
