So Harris throws one of the worst picks in recent memory and costs us the game, and Leslie says nothing about it while saying he just needed to settle in. Etling, a week later after sparking a lifeless team to a win gets called out for throwing a jump ball in the end zone that gets intercepted because Dupre is unable to out fight a 5-9 fcs cb. What the hell is his problem? It is possible to praise one player without dissing another.

That sir is CLM. What will you say when Harris trots out on the field to start next week?

Miles is a great guy and ambassador of LSU. He shits unicorns and rainbows so he'd never screw a player over.

Well one definitely needed defending more than the other.

I don't understand it. I think Miles just wants Harris to be the guy, and he's not cutting it. He's just a hard headed old man, and unfortunately Etling get's thrown under the bus because of it.

"Danny was not perfect by any means, but he made a number of quality decisions of getting the ball to the right guy. He got the ball where it was supposed to go."

He'll do the exact opposite of what would normally be done, like always. Don't know why you're asking this

What if someone told you that if you didn't do your job better you were going to be fired.... And when you got fired you would get paid millions not to come to work. You know the fans hate you and the administration just told you change or else. What would you do? I would probably act pissed off and keep doing what I have been in hopes of getting fired.

Why don't you quote the rest of it. The part where he starts being nit picky on his throws and check downs.

"I recognize that he's got to still come. We all do. And he doesn't have a lifetime to do it, and there are other quarterbacks to go to."

"Yeah. I don't think his play was great, he overthrew a couple of balls"

Both after Wisconsin about Harris.

And:

"I think Brandon's, we got to get him comfortable and settled down and in the flow and I don't know that that will happen"
After Jacksonville state.

Les Miles basically said that he doesn't think Brandon will ever be able to be the starter and you asshats are saying that he won't say anything bad about Harris.

You all only hear what you want to hear, go back and read through the press conferences at least.

He got to go play QB for a major college team, got in the game, looked like a stud initially, made sure his team won, then had 10 hot groupies lined up to shine him up.

What a horrible day he had yesterday.

Seems like Harris is pretty fragile and Les is probably trying not to pile on. At the same time, Etling will probably getting his arse kissed all week and he just wants to make sure he doesn't get too cocky.

My opinion is this. Everyone on this board says Harris plays with a lot of emotion. So wouldn't you, as a coach, have to handle him differently and more delicately than another player?

Don't leave mad, Les, just leave. On second thought, I don't care if you're mad or not.

Just leave.

Go and quote the rest of it. You took out ONLY what you wanted to prove your point. He turned and said 6/14 was t good enough. Wait, what? What about 3 straight TD drives or the fact that HE took the foot off the gas. How about Dupre drops and Jeter having one hit him on the head! Geese. There were 4-6 others that could have easily been caught. frick that dude.
