Mid major head coach at USC winning

I would much rather a young coach at a mid major, who has never failed before, that consistently finished at the top of his conference.

There are more.

And they are attainable. Crean, Davis, and others are bigger names that may placate more ignorant fans, but they arent what LSU needs.
