Micah Eugene has the same type of football instincts as Mathieu

Only he has about 15 more pounds of muscle.
5'11, 190.
He is the smallest safety on roster, yet is quick enough to cover slot guys. He hits like a ton of bricks.
His LSU scholly kind of reminds me of Mathieu. He wasn't going to get an offer in a loaded 2011 recruiting class (freak, rasco, obj, JL, Hilliard, ect) but he was the best player in the dome championship weekend. His knack for making big plays all game earned the offer.
He did well in limited time last year and blew up this spring and fall. Expect him to start opposite Reid and to slide into the blitzing role of Mathieu on many passing downs.
