Esp. compared to last year. If we only had last year's D.

Maybe ours will come around. They did hold Moo St. to 3 points in the 2nd half, but that's Moo St.

I think I saw a stat last night that we have 114 plays of ten yards or more. That is so awesome.

I actually expect us to complete 3rd downs now. Even long ones

Completely different LSU offense

it's a massive insult to mett to compare him to a vastly inferior QB like mauck

number 4 (team) in total offense

What happened to 118 in offense?

that is total yards, some teams haven't played 6 games. In yards per game LSU is 23rd...which is great

QB from WSU already has 290 attempts

Mike Leach

Imagine if Leach was our OC

Mett really would get the heisman, and ODBJr and Landry would both be in the race as well.

The best decision that Mett ever made was coming to LSU and getting to work under Cam...he's matured as a person #1..and subsequently as a QB...lucky him!!!!

There is just no way the Mettenberger is better than Jarrett Lee or that Hill is better than Jacob Hester. It's all an illusion. I have only been around briefly, yet I thought this was an accepted fact on this site.

Look, he had 4 incomplete passes. Really, 4? why not 3 or 2. bench him. 4 is just not cutting it.

Our Kicker is the #4 scorer in the nation, mainly on extra points!

Dude has been clutch. I've been really impressed with him this season. Remember, Kicking was supposed to be our weakness this year.

This. Cam got here a year too late... either way, we've been outstanding on offense this year and I'm so damn happy about it. let's go win out and see Oregon in Pasadena!

Fixed it and umm, no way we will make it with no defense and our questionable offensive line.

I think the 3rd down conversions is probably the most impressive. I think that will be the difference in this years game against the gumps than the last 2. The thing i'm most concerned with is the 11 sacks especially with the speed of floridas ends coming up and bamas big d- line. Gonna be an entertaining finish. "GO TIGAHS"

It's insane that I actually expect us to convert 3rd and longs with high success. I still can't believe how many 3rd and 15+ we have converted

A stat flashed during the game that we were 5th in the nation in 3rd down conversions. You can tell by the 2nd down play calling that our OC isn't worried AT ALL about 3rd downs. Honestly, that alone has exponentially increased the viewing pleasure. I hardly ever curse any more when we run for 1 yd on 2nd down.
