It's not really a record, but there wasn't a good way to explain it in the title. For the first time since Tommy Hodson in 1989, an LSU QB has thrown for more than 250 yards in 3 consecutive SEC games.

Does this shock anybody else as much is it does me? Hard to believe Rohan or Jamarcus didn't do this at least once.

Obviously, Hodson did this in '89 when our defense couldn't stop late 4th q drives. WHat an irrelevant '89 season.

AT first, I thought this would have turned out to have been most sexual harrassments in 3 seasons.

Jamarcus would play lights out one game, then take the next one off.

I did. I admit. However, he has shown the ability we all knew he had lately. He really is one of the most gifted QBs we have had in our history. Wish he could have played earlier. Next year should be special.

Cant believe JR or even Booty didnt do this. Booty was ALL-SEC one year and obviously JR was a dynamite college QB.

If we catch the ball early in the season he would have had several more.

Same with Rohan. Our W or L often depended on their performance. Not like in the 3 yrs we went to BCSNCG when the QBs we had did enough to get the job done. (not so much for past yr when D and SP had a lot to do with our success)

And THATS why he was a bust in the NFL......said he was the worst 1st round pick ever the day the Raiders picked him....knew he would flop!

well in his best year we had to play @ top 10 Auburn, @ top 10 Florida, @ top 10 tennessee and at top 10 Arkansas. He was 22 yards away in the aurburn, msu, florida stretch. He was pretty lights out that whole year with the exception being the florida game

In 2005 he was playing with a torn wrist ligament

I call BS. He had one awful quarter in 1999, a poor game in 2001 against Ole Miss (in which the running game forced a lot of 3rd and longs), and maybe one other mediocre game. He was pretty much stellar otherwise from the 1999 Arkansas game until the Sugar Bowl, Jan 1, 2002
