I like seeing the players wear the visors on their helmets for safety reasons and I looks bad arse

But Lsu players never wear them. Maybe it was a Miles rule?

Getting helmets ready for the game this weekend, looking forward to being back in @LSUTigerStadium

I mean this was posted by the official earlier this week, so probably. Will be weird/cool if we finally do see some visors

Why is everyone so hung up on visors? I don't really care either way, but it's a weird thing to obsess over. Like Saints fans and the collars.

I believe clear visors are okay. They don't allow tinted visors for injury/concussion protocol reasons.

I don't see why someone wearing or not wearing a visor is a big deal

From what I remember about playing with them in high school they weren't worth all the trouble they cause (made you helmet hotter, fogged up easily, distorted the view sometimes)

Yes thanks Leonard!!!

Someone mention years ago they didn't wear them because of the humidity in Louisiana. But I call bullshite it is humid everywhere else too

They fogged up on rainy days, and are little hotter because there is less air flow. But for a night game during the fall, they will look sick.

The players like them.. First thing you see on a Lsu player at the Senior Bowl is a visor on his helmet

If a guy gets poked in the eye they'll let them wear a clear one. I think they need to have a light sensitivity issues verified with a doctor to wear the dark visors.

Okay, that's weird. I personally, like seeing nice looking women wearing bikinis. Whether a football player wears a visor or not does nothing for me.

I remember Odell wore one for a couple games.

Clear visors would keep grass out of eyes.. Safety measure if you ask me

You obviously only started this thread because you saw the one yesterday about EO allowing visors. LSU fans very rarely think of anything out of the blue. Visors definitely would not enter anyone on this boards mind without previous threads or media attention.

Original visor thread from yesterday that was spurned by media (twitter) attention.
