Maybe it's time to be less negative

I wanted Miles gone this year. The downward trajectory of the program scares me. But at this point, dwelling on it is just making it worse.
Miles has been given another year. And that's that. Let's see what happens. The fact that his job was even in danger tells me the leash will be short. So maybe he'll wake up. If not, we'll find someone else. At the end of the day, it's about LSU and not the coaches and fans.

Negativity is better than apathy. At least people still care enough to get upset. Give us another 4-4 or 5-3 and see how quickly that negativity turns to apathy.

Thanks to that idiot F.King Alexander, Les will not be on a short leash or feel like his job is in jeopardy. He has all the leverage and it will be back to business as usual. I'd love to find something positive in all this - but I've got nothing. A couple of weeks ago, when we thought there would be a coaching change there was a feeling of excitement and anticipation for the new direction we would be taking. Now - we have more of the same to look forward to, and as far as I'm concerned, I'll expect the worst out of these Les Miles coached teams.

Yeah, I agree. As a fan, your options are limited. I do believe the rant played a role in turning up the heat on Miles. We are who they were referring to as social media. But the verdict is what it is. I don't agree with it but we have to live with it and hope for the best.
