I do agree with him this afternoon and his position that LSU MUST go BIG. That while a Fedora or a Kiffin may be a great hire, we cannot risk losing the status/position that LSU currently maintains. One bad hire could take us from top shelf to mid tier, and the climb back could take years. Go with the proven, and do whatever it takes.
That being said, his treatment of his callers and his screaming/immaturity is very unbecoming.... better than listening to Tom Petty playing on Eagle 98.1 in that time slot, but not even close to C&P

AFR is usually on the radio when I get in my truck in the afternoon. I usually only listen long enough to realize Mascona is a huge and I mean HUGE douche bag.

He said Drew's checkup went really well and all was ok on that end. He was a total dick to callers though. Dudes were calling in giving their honest opinion on the search and he acted like anyone who didn't say Fisher was an absolute moron.

He is definately the biggest asshat on the radio. All he does is pick the minority side of every argument Just to get reaction.
My favorite was when he says he cares about the players then the next day he said he wished valentine would have failed his intersession class because it would have been good radio.
