LSU's Thanksgiving effort vs. AtM was enough for me to believe in CEO

The Tigers played as well offensively as I've ever seen against a top 20-25 opponent especially on the road. Etling was money all night and Guice was incredible. They have had tremendous effort since CEO took over. Ala. w Guice in the backfield "could" have changed the outcome along w Etling hitting early open receivers and Florida was a Murphy's Law game b/c we outplayed the Gators for the most part. Mistakes just killed us. I'll go on record as stamping my approval on the CEO hire! I was amazed how focused the Tigers were. Looking forward to GREAT results moving forward! Aranda w Kiffin on board would be AWESOME! Geaux Tigers!

Ags are a poor benchmark. LSU owns them.

Yes, the Aggies were a bad team.

How bad? They lost at home to a banged-up Ole Miss team that proceeded to get slaughtered by Vandy and Moo State.

That Ole Miss team also gave Bama everything they can handle

But don't let me stop you from using the transitive property to shite all over each and every one of our wins

If the effort vs. Aggies convinced you, you WANTED to be convinced.
They stink, especially on defense.
And scored almost at will in fourth quarter...

You're in cause he beat a terrible team that Les literally never lost to including when they had a Heisman winning QB?

If beating A&M is our benchmark, we should've given Les a lifetime deal.

Yes - all of Guice's yards and his incredible effort count for nothing now...am I reading you correctly?

They also played GREAT football on both sides and special teams for most of the game. The 4th qtr defensive melt down was hard to watch but the Tigers defense has been money all season. I especially liked the commentators mentioning that LSU is still "one of the best" teams in the country despite 4 losses. Etling looked like an all-SEC QB. I agree!

A&M was a bad, bad defense.

Missing arguably the two best players. I mean I say that because you say Jamal Adams is the best player and I couldn't really disagree. I do think Beckwith though kept the middle of our defense all year from being abused. They were also comfortably ahead and started subbing. Although fricking Donte Jackson has never figured out how to pick up a wheel route.

It's opponent not effort

We just want to give O a pass for when our offense sucks against good defenses. No more or less effort, weaker opponents

1) The Ole Miss team in November was not anywhere near the one in September (defense was always trash but the offense was better when fully healthy).

2) I am not shitting all over any wins but Texas A&M. Be honest (if you can) - the Aggies absolutely sucked in the last third of the season.

Halo,
Do you mind pointing out how my post implicates GUICE?
Or ANYBODY on the offense?
