LSU's post-SECTourney Resume for a National Seed

-LSU RPI #9 (Rice #7, Ole Miss #13, Miami #15)
-LSU SEC tournament champions (wins over #8 Vandy, Arky, Arky, #3 Florida)
-LSU has won its last 8 games, outscoring its opponents 87-8 in those 8 straight wins.
-LSU is 9-1 in its last 10 games and is 24-6 in its last 30 games
-LSU is arguably the hottest team in the country right now
-LSU has 44 wins, 5th most in the country against the 39th-ranked SOS (keep in mind SOS is a component and thus already included in RPI ranking)
-LSU 14-11 vs RPI Top50
-LSU will likely be Top8 in every major human poll ... (LSU was already Top 8 in Coaches and NCBWA, but will also likely be Top8 in BA and PG as well)
-LSU 3rd place SEC regular season finish, 1 game behind Ole Miss. While this is one thing certainly in OleMiss' favor by a mere game, don't forget that LSU effectively played 2 less games than Ole Miss (tie/rainout). Excuse or not, it's a fact: If LSU would have finished/played those two homes games vs UGA/Bama and won, then LSU would have won the SEC West and finished #2 in the SEC by virtue of head-to-head over OleMiss
-as mentioned, LSU obiously won the head-to-head series at Ole Miss (2/3)
-SEC #1 RPI conference (Big12 #2, ACC #3, Pac12 #4, BigWest #5 ... BigTen #10)
-ACC already has two Top8 seeds (UVA, Florida St)... Hard to justify giving the #3 conference ACC three national seeds with Miami at the expense of the #1 RPI conference only getting one national seed
-Rice and CalPoly... enough said.
What other things can you guys think of that we've got on our side? ...What am I leaving out here?

In addition to all the good things you said about the SEC & LSU :
The school & the conference have the best tourney & CWS records over the last 25 years.
LSU finished #2 in SEC averaging the reg season & the tourney. And that is in THE conference that represents 14 TEAMS! SEC deserves at least 2 National seeds.
# 1 Our AD is on the seeding committee!
