Listening to Ruffin Rod on 104.5 yesterday & he was laffing at D.Pollack. Said that there is no doubt DP wasn't seriously juiced during his playing days, as he was an All American DE with a DE body & now he looks like a DB. Also noted that the Neb. teams he played against in the Sugar Bowl were all juiced, as the veins in their arms were bigger than his biceps. He was laffing when he made these comments but he was serious as hell.

Pollack played at about 255. Had a neck injury that forced him to retire...not sure how much lifting he can do these days. Probably just goes light to stay in shape. Really don't care if he was juiced or not...we've had a former player(Shawn Jordan) get busted for it and I doubt he's the only Tiger who ever tried it. Rampant at all levels of sports from HS, to college & the pros.

This is just sad. He did it twice so that's how he thinks it's spelled. A reflection of our education system I guess.

Rodrigue is good on the radio. Glad he's on.

Not sure why he's talking smack about Pollack. The guy runs every day and eats the most calorie-restrictive diet I've ever heard of. If he ate like an OL he may look like one. Impossible to tell because he's all into being lean right now. Only way I know is during the off-season they talked about it on college football live one day.

Please use spell check, you're representing your school when you post. Laughing is not difficut to spell. No text message words.

As a graduate of the Louisiana State University, don't recall taking a spelling class. In Lafourche Parish it is spelled laffin so think Lil Ruffin was laffin

You should read THIS. Casual reading can also help you with the spelling issue. Good luck!

I really don't think people understand how much diet and exercise can do for body composition. It's sad that people assume someone is juicing just because they don't understand hard work.

There's hard work then there's 'unusually large and strong". I don't know if it is common nowadays as it was back then.

"Laffing" is right up there with spelling Celtic as Keltic
