LSU’s Australian duo reacts to KY's signing of Isaac Humphries

Darcy Malone, the Canberra-born 7-footer entering his junior year at LSU, mentioned the signing as a boost for basketball in Australia, but also provided the same competitive sentiment as his teammate.

I think it’ll be good for Australian basketball to have another guy who’s highly touted. I think it’s great for Basketball Australia to have guys at high level schools like LSU and Kentucky – but I hope we kick their arse, that’s all I’m thinking about.

He has a masters from LSU, so his experience here must have been horrible. Almost every SEC basketball thread entails a Johnny Jones jab or something about LSU underachieving.
He thinks we're sensitive, but there's a huge difference between a funny, clever troll and just being a douche that derails every LSU basketball thread.

All I read was a bunch of ego-centric crap in that kentucky forum. Of course LSU basketball has rarely been great. Any sane fan will admit to that.
-Johnny Jones is a horrible coach.
-LSU will make as 6 seed and lose 2nd round.
-Simmons will fail because of him being on the wrong team.

Simmons is a 1 in a decade player. IMO Simmons will be better than Andrew Wiggins & Karl-Anthony Towns. The UK and every other big basketball school is jealous and scared how great of a kid & player we now have. They are scarred just like Paul Finebaum's hate for LSU football, they are ALL scarred!
