Yeah I'm sure someone told him something - but it's his job as a member of the media to not be a frickin moron and wait until he has solid confirmation on what will happen.

He embarrassed himself today, he really should stay out of the limelight for a long time.

A random radio station stated that Cam would be leaving. Just as quickly as it started, Cameron shut it down. Not defending Alleva, because he's a complete jackass, but how is this at all his fault?

LSU's -PR, HR, AD office
I think it's safe to say that after the Miles unparalleled failure

I was with you up to here, that was a PR nightmare in terms of how it was handled

and now the Cam Cameron joke of a fiasco, that they are hands down the worst I've seen.

But here the Department, in the person of Michael Bonnette, as well as Coach Miles and Coach Cameron all denied it almost immediately. If anyone looked unprofessional here, it was Hanigrif, who I usually enjoy listening to.

I think Hanagriff misspoke, but was probably basing it on actual info? Where did he get his info, though? Was it vetted appropriately? His boss, Gordy Rush, VP of Guarantee Media and current member of TAF's Executive Committee & Board of Directors, should probably inquire with him about where he's getting info from inside the AD building.

Anybody seeing the connection I'm trying to draw here?

Do a root cause analysis and address some much needed hard issues to face.

Do you know how I know that you've never done a root cause analysis?

The goal of an RCA most of the time is to find a systemic cause and solve the issue. Then you have to employ corrective actions.

So what if LSU has several systemic causes/issues? Seems like we do, what genius fix do you have for that? Fire everyone???

I have done many over the years. You are correct. You find the cause and employ corrective actions. Your reasoning makes no sense. In your world, if you do a root cause analysis and determine there are multiple issues at hand, do you then throw up your hands and walk away? I get it. Yes, there's too many issues to solve and hard decisions now have to be made, so let's just pretend like this never happened and continue business as usual......

Excellent way to dodge the question I asked you by misinterpreting my last post. Let me say it again. What is your genius fix? Try to answer the question please

It seems you have a dog in this fight somehow and this is hitting a little too close to home for some reason. Interesting......The first step is for them to admit there are major problems with the current system and agree to an RCA. Until that's done, there are no hypothetical fixes. Some people know LSU's system is run differently than others. There are way too many people involved in athletics for it to run smoothly and without continued leaks outside of the program. First step...RCA. Go from there and don't let hurt feelings get in the way. It's the same as what's being done in the corporate world. It's not rocket science for sure, but the good old boy network would have to be altered significantly. What that means would come from the findings.

You know that was a rumor made up on another board specifically designed to see if anyone would bite...right?

I agree with the above, and I'm a Hannagriff fan. After the November fiasco I can't believe he would put any information on the air until 100% confirmation from LSU had been made. I don't care if it happens this week, next week, or never. At this point, it's too late. Yesterday was an embarrassment for him and I don't know that I can believe any of his information any more.

I'm starting to believe this was intentionally put out by the AD to find the leak in their department.

Charles said it was confirmed to him by multiple people, wouldn't surprise me to see those multiple people fired or "resign"

Charlie is a straight shooter, he wouldn't pull this shite out of thin air and report something he wasn't 100% sure would happen.

It's either the above scenario, or it was true and he leaked it too early.

Although Hanny wasn't wrong, I agree with this.

Geez, at least Ponamsky made it through a 4 hour show without once mentioning it, and trust me, he knows what's up. Hanny couldn't go 4 minutes in his show before bringing it up.

I don't know who you are but you cannot be a fan of LSU or Louisiana.

everything you post is anti and you use a lot of hate.

I have lived in a number of states and Louisiana isn't the dumbest. why don't you leave the fricking state and leave LSU alone.

Even if it is true you dont leak that shite on NSD. Cam shut it down quick because he is not incompetent in dealing with the media. So even if he leaves soon, he was trying to just keep attention on the recruiting class. This day was about them.

Some of yall really just dont get it. Whether he is leaving or going, this makes our school look dumb again.
