LSU is a sleeping giant this college football season (IMHO). No - I do not have purple and gold blinders on but I can still see o.k. My eyes tell me that we have great athletes and great chemistry this season. Realistically the Moo State game should have been 42-19 final but it was our 1st game and the refs were watching intently..... at least at LSU.

Auburn comes in all talk and promises to prove that they are still national championship worthy. LSU on the other hand is letting their play on the field do their talking and staying under the radar. If the coaching staff gives BH the reigns and lets him play w/o the shackles this could be a special "coming out" party for our 2015 Tigers! The mantra continues...... NEXT!

I don't think we were under the radar so much as not on anyone's radar. Our biggest question mark was at QB. But I agree, after Saturday, the CFB scene will have to deal with us!

Have you been living under a rock? Plenty of analysts have picked LSU as playoff contenders

Holy shite! Do you people just not pay attention or just simply choose to ignore things said about LSU unless it fits in the "we get no respect" fallacy? It's arguable that ESPN's College Gameday is the most recognized national platform regarding college football. 2 of the 4 host on the show picked LSU to be one of the 4 best teams in the country at the end of the season, if not playing for the national title. This, despite the fact that LSU was a team coming off a 8-5 year with virtually the same players from last year's team that finished unranked and the same questions regarding the QB position and also new questions regarding the defense. How can anyone say that LSU is not on anyone's radar?

Agee with several post above. Herbie and Corso picked us to make it to the playoffs. Many others think we are talented but will only go as far as our QB takes us.

So...... Why are we not in the top 10? You make no common or logical sense w your argument. Go hire a lawyer to help you out my friend. Just sayin'

BTW: Yes I am fully aware that a couple of talking heads chose LSU to be national champions. I agree with them!

LSU is by far one of the top 5 "On the Radar" teams in the country.

When we finish what Jacksonville State started Saturday, we will just be proving what analysts already knew.

How can LSU be under the radar when Corso picks up to win it all and Herbie picks up to be in the finals ?

I like your positive post and I agree we'll get much more attention after this weekend but the Tigers are certainly not under the radar.

Off topic: Very impressed with the leadership this year and at every level (QB,RB,OL,DL, LB & DB). We win championships when we have talent and leadership.

Questions about QB play in preseason and a late opening game. We'll be there next week.
