I think I agree with the OP for these reasons. I'll admit LSU rarely gets fired up for the Pigs and Bears for that matter. It has cost the Tigers some losses and many close games that shouldn't have been so close. Yes LSU lost to Bama last year before playing the Pigs and then looked liked crap in the cold.

However, this year is different. No sane LSU player can believe the season is over (6-3 last year 7-1 this year. Also no sane LSU player can believe they outplayed Bama this year and lost like last year. They all know they got whipped.

I think for pride if nothing else, the Tigers will show up to play and they better, because the Pigs will as well.
