I personally believe LSU would freaking skull drag Ohio state, Michigan, Colorado, Washington

They are all given far more credit for playing in undeniably weaker conferences and barely squeaking out wins to 3-x teams not to mention we have DBs that would end the careers of these wrs

What is your take and why?

My take is Lsu is 0-4 vs ranked teams

So saying we would skull drag anyone in the top 10 makes you a delusional couyon

I can respect that given we haven't lived up to the hype and I'm undeniably a homer

I just feel if we played our best vs them at their best we could really hammer them based on individual performance and our strengths this season. Is there anyone top 10 you think we could beat?

I watched us lose to a putrid (IMO) Florida team in TS. I do not have a lot of confidence that we would beat a top 10 team.

So is the general consensus now that the rankings are accurate and that the SEC really isn't a meat grinder of competition?

I think there are a few teams in the top ten we could beat, like the two that are playing right now. Not bc we are top 10 caliber but bc they're overrated.

Yeah I 100% think we'd blow Colorado and wash out

I think we could beat Ohio or Mich because they NEED to throw and long and that just doesn't go well vs LSU for most of this season that has gotten people punished

We would skull drag Ohio State? Seriously? 30-13 them.

They rely so heavily on deep balls which becomes a match up of athletes and I admit I'm biased but j believe ours are better. This thread didn't go how I expected not because y'all disagree but you don't try to give a reason why

Weaker conference?

Are you retarded
The big 10 has FOUR top 10 teams

The SEC is 3rd or 4th best conference

Michigan is not a toss up, it's a loss. They are pretty much Bama from last year except they run a committee at RB when Bama mostly just used Henry. Bama needed just about every bit of that 45 points last year to beat Clemson (which included busted plays left and right and an onside kick), they ended up losing to Ole Miss and giving up 43 to them. Michigan gave up 30 to Ohio St in OT and lost 13 to 14 by one point on the road to Iowa.

I would consider Washington a toss up, but they shut Stanford down, an offense we are similar to. They wouldn't have scored 44, but LSU would have needed to score at least 21. We didn't score more than 16 points against any good team, so I doubt that would have happened.

I think we beat Colorado, but not by as much as most on here would have.

As usual though, this board is delusional in thinking we are better than we actually are.

LSU would probably beat Colorado, 60/40 Washington. Probably not Mich/tOSU.

I think your take is dumb. We all KNOW we could compete with any team in the nation. To suggest we would blow out the majority of the top ten is just foolhardy. We aren't built to blow out teams with a run d...most of the top 10 has that.

FWI: Vegas has us 3rd best team in the nation. Only Bama and Ohio St would be favored on neutral field.
