Syracuse is awful so whatever happens in this game is no indication of improvement. Unless we have only 1 or 2 penalties and then I would say they got better in one area. Although, I'm betting they have at least 7 penalties by halftime. There's really no reason they should have to commit penalties against an overmatched team so I think 1 or 2 is a reasonable expectation.
