1-4 are all from the same conference.

#3 gets auto bid due to Conference champ.
#4 gets auto bid due to top 4 ranking.

So pretend Georgia is #1 with 1 loss in SECCG only to LSU.
#2 would be Florida with a loss only to Georgia.
#3 Would be LSU with losses to Florida and Alabama but a win in the SECCG
#4 would be Alabama with losses to LSU and Georgia.

And everyone else has 2 losses or 1 loss and a shite shedule

Would that work? Someone feel free to correct my understanding of the BCS if I am wrong

eta: it seems that auto-bids are overruled by limits on teams from conferences.
.

There is ONE way a conference can get three teams into BCS games, and that is if that conference has both the No. 1 and No. 2 teams in the country (in the NCG) and NEITHER of those teams won the conference. So then it'd be the top two teams and the conference champ. That's it, though. So in your scenario, 1, 2, and 3 would go, but not 4, because the autobid is "overruled" like you said.
