Glad Florida is ranked. Need as many wins over ranked teams as possible

Can someone explain to me the selection committee's reasoning on not dropping Clemson and Michigan out of the top four after losing to unranked teams last week?

Ohio state and Michigan essentially playing a quarterfinal game to end the season.

We don't have a single ranked win. They beat #6 on the road

Repeat to yourself, we don't have a single ranked win

Why does anyone care if we aren't in top 4?

Participation trophy I suppose.

Other than #'s 1, 2, maybe 3, 4 and 5 I think LSU would beat the other teams that are in front of them.

It is too bad this season started like it did.
LSU should have been in play for a playoff spot this year.
Just win the last 2 and get a good bowl game and set the standards for the next few years!

I'd just like to end the season with a top 10 ranking and Sugar Bowl victory. I'd be thrilled.
