LSU total line up to 55

This line has gone from 51 to 55. I'm just curious why gamblers think this game will be high scoring with LSUs defense. I think the under is a great bet

93% of wagers placed to this point have been on Under, yet total has climbed 4 points. There is a certain term for this, but in a nutshell, someone in that 7% who bet the Over, likely laid some major coin

It will be a high scoring game because Canada's offense is high scoring. Mississippi State's offense is too, but not against LSU talent.

This would be reverse line movement, opposed to traditionally when public majority bets on one side of the line, it moves in that direction in order to get more people to bet on the other side to even it out.
Although I don't think 93% is accurate, I know that's what vegasinsider says, but I believe it's more like 60%/40%, which is not really enough to suggest anything.
ETA: Basically the thought is that the big money is on the Over which is forcing Vegas to raise the line, usually big money is right. That or Vegas wants all the money to be on the under because they think it will be over.

I bet pretty regular and what I've noticed over the years is that even the "experts" don't see some of the things that the fan sees. I follow LSU games a lot more than any other games. Sometimes the line on LSU is so glaring that I start to question my thinking. I've learned not to do that. Believe it or not most of the time we know better than they do about our games. I don't think they score more than 17 on us but can we score 25? I think we can but a lot of freshmen on the road in that environment tells me we'll make our mistakes. I'll go with 27-17 us.

Because honestly state isn't nearly as good on defense as some on here think. Lsu will score at least 35-42 points. Watch. I suppose they think state will score 20-27, but I don't see state doing that.
