LSU Tigers on Monday nite football

Deion Jones led Atlanta with 8/1 tackles and a pick six interception. Happy for him.
Saints don't have any and haven't had an LSU player in years (Devery Henderson?). They could have had Lael Collins for peanuts last year, Kwon Alexander, Odell or Landry, Reid, etc. The Saints are in for a tough road; you have to feel sorry for Brees. Peyton's player personnel decisions are suspect.

I don't know what the deal was during Deion's first three years with LSU, but I always thought he should've been playing more. You could see his speed, range, and playmaking ability from his freshman season onward. One thing that I think should really be a point of emphasis moving forward is finding bigger roles and rotational opportunities where more guys can contribute with their specific strengths as players. LSU is in a position every year to have rotational opportunities with high-level guys, which helps keep guys fresh, and helps raise the energy and morale of the team.
