LSU sure does give bad seats to opposing team's family.

I went last night and was a guest of a Kentucky player. There was about 20 moms and dads watching their boys. I was shocked and embarrassed by how bad their seats were. All the way down to the very end of 3rd base line. I couldn't see the score board worth a shite and it was hard to see what was happening around the bases. I think the athletic department could do a little better than that. I know. Whatever.

That's common in all sports. Used guest tickets for LSU-UK in 2009 at Rupp and I was leaning against the back wall of the arena. Last row of the very top. frick them.

So kick out longtime season ticket holders?
Visitors have always been down that line

I think those are decent seats. I enjoy watching from those corners myself.

Tell them to STFU and enjoy being in the greatest college baseball venue in America or stay home.

I don't think it's an issue because LSU has a great concourse area for SRO viewing that they can move to if they want. I've seen opposing fans that I assumed were family watching from behind the plate under there.

It's not like we play in the Superdome and they are getting upperdeck seats. There's not really a bad seat in the park. Point may be valid if it were a huge stadium...but it's not.

they were at the Box, not Ole Miss. The berm at Ole Miss is enough to own the rest of Alex Box.

Why don't you ask the athletic department why we give opposing fans better seats in football than any other SEC school? DGAF

For what it's worth, student and faculty tickets are all the way down the first base line, Just like the visiting tickets, just the opposite corner. And like another poster said, I will just stand on the concourse for a great view and sit in the green seats when one is available.
