So...LSU is saying we want to make more $ off of the secondary market, and in so doing....we're OK with ticket-holders doing the same thing !
Wonder what return they negotiated for their "vig"...LOL

There are multiple bullet points. 2 cover essentially the same thing with slight differences. One is state law the other is LSU policy.

Entirely different events and judged differently in LSU's eyes. A one time sale of a ticket above face value in Louisiana is viewed differently than the purchase of a season ticket with the sole intent to redistribute.

Do you agree that Bob purchasing a season ticket and selling the Alabama game for 2x face value outside the stadium is different than Bob purchasing season tickets and selling ALL the season tickets for profit year after year?

(225) 578-2184

Call the LSU Ticket Office and ask them what they mean on their website by "StubHub will give fans more freedom in pricing...."

.
So LSU has basically said, if a guy on a bicycle outside the stadium is hustling tickets for a profit, it is illegal.

But if L$U can get a piece of the action in the aftermarket through $tubHub, there is no problem.

Simple question? Why do I need to call its plain as day in their policy I linked.

Are you retarded? Everything listed under the reference to the law is in accordance with that law.

Based on some comments, the high and mighty season ticket holders want non season ticket holders to simply not buy the tickets they mark up.

Leaving a stadium empty doesn't solve the problem.

So why would they put them up for sale?

What problem and why would Alex Box ever be empty?

I've listed 4 pairs of my grandstand season tickets on the StubHub site over the past five days and all 8 tickets sold within 2 hours for what I was asking for them.

Perhaps Ole Miss fans shouldn't fret over what LSU season ticket holders do with their baseball season tickets......

I am looking forward to having e Delivery automatically included. I've sold a few tickets to home football games and at times it's a hassle to run over to the UPS store. And to those bitching "well how much in fees do they add!!!!!?" All you have to do is check a box to show prices with fees. I don't care about the fees amount if the price I am paying total is fair in my mind.

I personally am happy to have it. I have two season tickets and have basically attended alone for the last few years. This year, I was able to make back what I paid for my second ticket by selling on StubHub. While some person in my section (prime bleachers) was offering tickets for $250 each, I was offering a much more reasonable price and have sold to all but 2 that I have tried so far and we still have time. I also like getting the money in days instead of next season, off of my season tickets. For my tickets, the minimum they will allow you to sell for for any game is $6. Basically the season ticket price (not including tradition fund) divided by the number of games. I only asked $6 for most midweek, $10 for others and reasonable prices for weekend tickets. I only wish I had done this earlier in the season.

Same here. I've sold my extra tickets this year easier than I ever have been able to do. Only once did two of my grandstand tickets not sell (Grambling game) in spite of lowering my price to $8 each. And I've been able to easily buy upgraded tickets, including Champions Club seats, as I mentioned earlier in this thread.

It's a great service for ticket holders, IMO.
