They ladies were sent to Tucson, Arizona where Zona will serve as the #11 hosting seed.

1. Arizona
2. LSU
3. Louisiville
4. Boston University

FYI, their regional will be tied to the ULL regional, who are the #6 seed in the tournament.

Seriously, we'd never hear the end of it from ULL fans if it happened in both Softball and baseball

considering most of us guys in the baseball threads are seriously talking about a Baton Rouge baseball regional getting tied to a Lafayette regional to possibly set up a LSU/ULL baseball super

Not a real travel friendly bracket. Tigers should have gotten closer to home.

Y'all jumping to Supers when we have to travel to Arizona and play in front of a hostile crowd. This team is capable, but nothing about this will be easy. Louisville is tough and Arizona at home will be tough, nevermind the Cajuns.

Zona can hit hard(100 HRs on the season) but their pitching is only so-so. UL is solid. Gotta get revenge on them for women's basketball.

I wasn't watching the selection show... just saw on my social media... one of the sports broadcasters I worked w/ while I was in Lafayette pointed the possible super match-up out and I came here and said that b/c of all the talk about the possible LSU/ULL baseball match-up

Some serious confusion going on if Louisville makes it out of the regional and plays in Lafayette...

What else would you expect from the Ragin Cajun fans? If that does happen it's time for LSU Athletics to wake up and smell the coffee. All the we get about spending more money on outdated facilities to attract recruits is no longer an excuse.

ie tennis and swimming

This team can beat anyone and lose to anyone, would not be shocked to see them go 0-2 or 2-0, but either way they have been exciting to watch all season, good program and a very good coach, proud to support them even though this year was not a great one..

I am pretty sure this will be the scene.

And their team BA is .353. I think we can hit their pitching...if we do play Arizona it is likely to be a slugfest.

Yes. Shoni Schimmel will be nowhere to be found this time...

As much as I love Major League and Ricky Vaughn, if you think Hamilton is "sexy" compared to a lot of the pitchers in this tournament you need to watch more softball.

Yep. Torina tells them they can beat anyone depending on which LSU team shows up on that day.
