He's a better rb prospect than Spencer Ware

And not many people are Jeremy Hill

2 weeks ago from CBS sports...

LSU: There is hope at the quarterback position yet. Stop us if you've heard this one before: despite losing a boatful of major talent to the NFL, Les Miles' team shapes up to have a spite-filled defense and pulverizing running game -- elements that could lead them into national title contention if they can just get any consistency out of the passing game. So it has been, so shall it be, forever and ever amen.

I get that, but these other guys have done nothing yet outside of the Arky and Bama tandem. IMO, they will see though. Just like Hill and Magee did, Fournette and whoever is #2 will rush for well over 2000 this upcoming season.

It's not that I don't like Williams, I just see him as more of the typical LSU back we've had over the last few years. Nothing is wrong with that. Guice has much more of a chance to become a star RB as he has everything you want minus blocking (which he'll learn here). It'll be similar to Fournette jumping Magee and Hilliard. By game 6 or 7, Guice will have taken Williams spot (maybe even sooner).

No he's not. No disrespect to DW, but Ware was a boss.

So you're saying run Williams 5 carries and LF 20-25...so who gets the other 10?

I don't know if I buy that. Williams was showing some nice footwork in the spring game. If he continues to do that, pulverize folks like last year, and can block, he will keep his spot.

Guice will be the other superstar on this team besides Fournette IMO.

He has that X factor. Great receiver, explosive cuts, big play threat, etc.

Cocky as all get out, but I love that in a RB.

Now that Jonathan Williams is out,

maybe maybe the LSU tandem can crack the top 5?

The fact that you are a knee-jerk kid and one of the shittier posters on this site is not perceived, it's very real unfortunately. You are going to lose your shite when reality sets in and LSU is kicking arse shortly. You little punk kid. They lose 17 underclassmen and you are on here talking about a decline. I would imagine you are the brightest in your trade school class.

Well, the little punk kid is right. Say whatever you want, but what you cant say is that this ISN'T a decline

2011- 13-1 (8-0)
2012- 10-3 (6-2)
2013- 10-3 (6-3)
2014- 8-5 (4-4)

They are also 1-3 in bowl games in those 4 years

but by all means, continue to call people names because the facts aren't on your side
