LSU releases new renderings of tiger stadium imorovements

On my phone, saw it on Wbrz twitter. It's on there website. Looks nice. Redoing west entrances and north stadium drive.

That side is brand fricking new.
All I see in here that isn't there already are a bunch of purple & yellow flags and a sign that says "Tiger Stadium".
(the latter would be dope, IMO)

do they really need to put "tiger stadium" in million point font on top of the west side? it looks cheesy and cartoonish. other than that everythi g looks good.

I can't stand that "brick work" that they put on the west side. All the seams are the same, so it looks pre-fab (which I think it is) and it doesn't match any of the other parts of the stadium in color or style.
And the windows look horrible. The grates on the inside look like the stadium has fricking security bars on it. Awful.

Yeah fake brick and bars on the windows. Definitely a disappointing finished product.

Bryant Denny did this, to perfection. That place is LOUD and intimidating. It's almost like an NFL stadium in a way, so well done.

I've never liked the "LSU" sign in the first image. What the hell is with that shape of it? Looks like a flying saucer out of a 50's sci-fi movie. It's so tacky, dumbly random, and utterly characterless. By far the worst aesthetic failing of the stadium.

It's the shape of the back of the scoreboard. Just a vinyl graphic... looks way better than it did when there was nothing covering it.

I like it for the most part. It could be better, but it's still a big improvement.

The stuff on the ground looks nice, as well as the new entrances. The "TIGER STADIUM" is freaking awful though, and just makes that side of the stadium even uglier than it already is.
