Exactly. It was easy to get up for Auburn and Mississippi State but Syracuse, EMU, even SCAR are hard to get up for. Florida coming to BR should have them pumped. The defense needs to come out with an edge and set the pace so that Florida doesn't gain any momentum.

take the gators with the points. when you have to give the opponent possession near the 40 yd. line on every kickoff you won't be in the game for long.

Yeah. I hope LSU has about 10 kickoffs in the game that starts Fla at the 35. I would consider that a sign that things are probably going our way

Yeah if we have 10, they'll probably have as many. The point is you aren't going to put any distance between yourself and a quality opponent giving them the ball to start drives near the 40 yard line because your special teams suck balls. you can spin it how ever you like, poor play on special teams will not win you games against good teams. LSU isn't known for shutting down offenses late in the 4th quarter in close games.
