Big difference in rankings though because of lucky or unlucky bounces of the ball. Let's hope for a 16 team playoff system soon.

Not lucky or unlucky! We lost to Georgia and Ole Miss. They have only lost to us. They deserve to be ranked higher. I agree that we are better than them. But they have been in position to win those close games and made the best of their opportunities. We played down to our competition at Ole Miss and the defense was lacking against Georgia. Auburn has had a better season.

Player for player we are better and we proved that in the win. However, I think Auburn can win the game this weekend. They are at home, which helps, and their stadium is loud. They play a style similar to aTm but have a better defense. I say War Eagle wins on Saturday!

They lost 1 game and that was in the beginning of the season. They have been playing pretty well since. LSU...not so much.

Vs, UGA, maybe. Big difference is they didn't shite the bed vs Ole Miss' JV. Great teams don't do that and is the difference between a BCS game and a Cotton/CFA/Gator Bowl.

LSU's top 15. When you take the hypothetical at-large qualifiers, then the mid major conference winners..LSU would probably be one of the first few left out.
