let's see. Over achieved this year making a super regional with nearly a completely new roster. Was in a CWS last year. Texas, of all schools, comes knocking.
What would you have done, out of curiosity? Because you know good and damn well if Alleva would've dug his heels in and CPM left, our fans would lynch him.

That's too bad. I would like to see him take the Texas job so we can go out and get some new blood that knows how to run bases and have more than 1 or 2 really great arms on the staff at one time. He has reached his ceiling at LSU. There are times when you can't just offer the raise because your scared you might make a bad hire.

Just depends on how desperate thing's here in UT land are, if there's an Athletic Dept just as screwed up as LSU's, it's here. If UT really wants him, they will throw a ton of money at him.
