lsu has never had the highest paid staff. we had the highest paid coordinators.

I keep seeing this posted over and over. Lsu never once had the highest paid staff. When Chief was here we had the highest paid coordinators.we don't have the highest paid coordinators anymore. Other teams actually dwarf what our staff is paid and other programs recruiting budgets dwarf ours( Bama's is, literally, 8 times bigger than our budget).

From 2014 when Chief was on staff. our staff didn't even make the top 5.

that's pretty freaking incredible.. 2 of the top 4 paid assistants in the entire country.. plus a top 10 hc..

Yeah. I'm just ready for a change at the top now. Even if we have a great year next year Miles is 60+. I want to get Herman before some other good or program does.dude is legit and has been a great coach at all the positions he has had.

That article is counting the head coaches salary in the total. When you look at the total salaries of all assistant coaches (not counting the head coach), LSU is clearly in the top 5 and has almost always been #1, even over Alabama. Pay attention to the article.
