6 years too long? Have you seen the shape our basketball program is in? It'll take some time to turn it around.

I'll ride. Definitely getting season tickets again.

Now let's see if anyone on the team has the will to hustle and play defense like this guy expects, or if it's going to take him having to have all his own recruits that haven't been ruined by JJ.

You remember Martin's first year or so at Carolina, I'm pretty sure he wanted to fight his players lol

Glad it's over so quick. Seems like a good up and coming coach. Hopefully he has a line of some good transfers or a couple of recruits to bring with him..

Im excited. If the players buy in quickly and accept they have work to do, they could see some noticeable improvements.

Not convinced, but I wanted Davis…so, who really knows?

Previous 2 teams played pretty well. However, he apparently inherited pretty good players. Not so much here.

What needs to be done, will be done. I won't be surprised if the current team doesn't immediately respond well, by all appearances Wade will likely be a very different coach than JJ. I'd give it 3 seasons to really judge how Wade is doing, given that he's going to have to completely reset the culture of the program.
