North Carolina is preseason #12 by Phil Steele--what do ya'll think about this game.

I think LSU will win by around a 28-17 score.

Any thoughts.

Micah Gibbs will lead the Tigers to a big win.

just give it a few more days or maybe weeks. then football will take back over once the baseball talk has died down.

Well, we scored 24 vs. LA Tech last year.

If we score 28 vs. North Carolina, I'll be ecstatic.

Gotta keep the Omaha dreams alive!

To answer the original question, I think we hit UNC with mad sick noise fwiw imo imho

UNC should have a pretty stout D next year. Its the first game of the year where Defenses tend to be a little ahead of offenses anyway. If we score more than 17 I will be ecstatic. The question is can we hold them under 17 as well.

Last year we kept waiting for them to open up the playbook. It finally happens on September 4, 2010.

Agree. I see it as a 17-14 type of game with a turnover figuring large.

i would have rathered the typical patsey to open the season. North Carolina is a very tough opening game with a very stout defense. Not the best scenerio for an LSU offense that never got untracked all of last season.

I'd be shocked if anyone scores 28 on UNC this season.

Very low scoring, Just hope LSU can come out on top. With our QB play it is hard to say.

Then be prepared for some "shock and awe". UNC will have 28+ scored on them more than once this season. Not saying LSU will be one of them, but teams like Va Tech, FSU, Miami and Ga Tech are the prime candidates.

I would say 21-14 LSU. However if you subtract 7 points for Crowton, and subtract 7 points for Miles. 14-7 NC.
